Description of Business

GriffMaier, LLC (“GM”) is a Florida limited liability company formed on October 18, 2021, for the purpose of financing and consummating wholesale purchases and subsequent resales of FDA approved over-the-counter rapid and point of care nasopharyngeal COVID-19 test kits to an end user customer base in the United States consisting of hospital networks, laboratories, and state and federal government divisions and agencies.  In addition to the wholesale purchase and resale of CODIV-19 and other medical devices and supplies to distributors, private hospitals, and state and federal health networks and agencies, GriffMaier’s three principals and founders possess over forty five years of collective experience in the healthcare and emergency supply procurement and supply to both public and private customers in natural disaster and emergency relief efforts throughout the Gulf South, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands, working side by side with organizations such as FEMA and the American Red Cross to provide power restoration services, supply affected individuals with food and emergency medical and household supplies, and perform logistics and related transportation services.   

The majority of GriffMaier’s revenues from the wholesale purchase and resale of COVID-19 and other medical supplies since its formation are related to sales under licenses with two of the leading FDA-approved COVID-19 test kit manufacturers, iHealth and Life Signs.

GriffMaier’s exclusive logistics and transportation services partners are Phoenix Assurance and Power Express, both headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee.

Brief Narrative: Prem Pro was tasked from Southern Coast Supply as a sub to deliver on an emergency for Hurricane Irma to help FPL employees.  We were tasked to deliver 8000 Custom Disposable Linen Kits consisting of 1 pillow, 1 Cotton/Poly 130 thread count pillowcase, 1 Cotton/Poly 130 thread count flat sheet and 1 blanket.
